Make your arrival part of the show! Pilots are invited to fly into Minden-Tahoe Airport (KMEV) for Minden-Tahoe SkyFest, October 16–18, 2026.
With world-class aerial performances, military aircraft, aviation displays, and our first-ever Friday night show, there’s no better way to experience SkyFest than by flying in.
Aircraft registration is required for all fly-in aircraft.
General admission tickets are required for all pilots and passengers attending the airshow.
Make a Weekend of It
Once you're on the ground, explore everything Carson Valley has to offer. Enjoy local restaurants, lodging, outdoor recreation, and the beautiful Sierra Nevada before heading to the show.
Then join us for a weekend of nonstop aerial action featuring the Patriots Jet Team and an incredible lineup of performers and attractions.
AIRCRAFT REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
All pilots flying an aircraft into Minden-Tahoe Airport for SkyFest are required to register their aircraft in advance.
Aircraft registration helps the SkyFest team plan for aircraft parking, ramp space, staffing, and airport operations during the event.
Please register your aircraft before arriving at KMEV
IMPORTANT: EVENT ADMISSION IS NOT INCLUDED.
Aircraft registration does not include admission to Minden-Tahoe SkyFest.
All pilots and passengers attending the airshow are required to purchase General Admission (GA) tickets for the day(s) they plan to attend.
After registering your aircraft, be sure to purchase your SkyFest tickets
FLY-IN PARKING
Registered aircraft will be directed to designated transient aircraft parking areas upon arrival.
Parking locations and aircraft parking procedures may vary depending on airshow operations, aircraft type, ramp capacity, and daily event requirements.
Please follow all instructions from airport and SkyFest ground personnel upon arrival.
PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Special airshow procedures will be in effect during SkyFest. Pilots should review all current airport information, NOTAMs, TFR information, and SkyFest arrival procedures before departing for KMEV.
Additional pilot information, including arrival and departure procedures, parking instructions, operating times, and airspace information, will be posted here as details are finalized.
