The Aircraft

Beech 18

One of the most successful twin-engine aircraft ever built, the Beech 18 served in a wide variety of military and civilian roles around the world. Renowned for its versatility and reliability, the aircraft became a workhorse for passenger transport, cargo operations, and military service for decades.

North American T-6G Texan

Known as the "Pilot Maker," the North American T-6G Texan trained thousands of military pilots during and after World War II. Its powerful radial engine, responsive handling, and unmistakable sound have made it one of the most recognizable and beloved warbirds flying today. The T-6 served with the U.S. military and Allied nations worldwide, preparing pilots for advanced military flight operations.

Beechcraft T-34 Mentor (Static Display)

Attendees will also have the opportunity to get up close to the Beechcraft T-34 Mentor in the SkyFest static display area. Developed from the Beechcraft Bonanza, the T-34 became a primary military trainer for both the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy, helping launch the flying careers of countless military aviators. Its clean lines and rich training heritage make it a favorite among aviation enthusiasts.
